Hiring our Facilities

The school will be closed to all hirers from December 16th until January 3rd for the Christmas Holidays. Please be aware that any messages and emails over that period will be replied to from January 3rd.

On this page you will find opening times, price structure, booking form and our terms and conditions. For further details on all current groups hiring the many facilities within the school please contact the Lettings and Events Coordinator on 01789 268051 or: lettings@stratfordschool.co.uk

Please be aware that the lettings email is not monitored at all hours so please understand you may not hear from us immediately. During term time the email is monitored Monday day & Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings. During school holidays the emails will be monitored on Mondays except during the Christmas closure when the whole site closes.

(During normal operating times our licencing permits us to operate outside of the times below, for specific pre-booked events. Email lettings@stratfordschool.co.uk for any enquiries regarding this)
